★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era tudo muito bom,até precisar de algo mais que de uma estação de serviço para pneus e mudanças de óleo, como oficina de mecânica e serviços de reparação automóvel uma trágica experiência…que começou há um mês e continua ,com falta de respeito pelo cliente ,informação errada é muito mais,um logro absoluto. Enfim terminou por agora , paguei no serviço que foi proposto kit de embraiagem com montagem,mas o carro demorava a ser entregue e foi entregue sim completamente vandalizado ,perderam o resguardo do motor ,danificaram a bomba de água ,partiram o fecho do capô,mexeram onde não deviam ,tiraram parafusos,vinham parafusos e anilhas soltas , cabos e fios fora do sitio, o carro saiu diretamente para outra oficina onde aguarda reparação,não voltarei a esta oficina e vcs tenham cuidado. Paguei para o carro ser VANDALIZADO.
Everything was very good, until I needed something more than a service station for tires and oil changes, as a mechanic shop and car repair services, a tragic experience...that started a month ago and continues, with a lack of respect for the customer ,misinformation is much more, an absolute deception. Anyway it's over for now, I paid in the service that the clutch kit with assembly was proposed, but the car took a while to be delivered and it was delivered completely vandalized, they lost the engine guard, they damaged the water pump, they broke the hood lock, they messed up where they shouldn't, they removed screws, came loose screws and washers, cables and wires out of place, the car went directly to another workshop where it awaits repair, I will not return to this workshop and you guys be careful. I paid for the car to be vandalized.
