Came to make an appointment.. took them 30min to coordinate it.
On the day itself we were told that there wss no appointment in the system and that they r not available today..
Well.. we organized ourselves to encounter this..
Aim was:
1. General check up incl oil
2. Ac check up
3. Cigarette lighter adapter check
4. Number plate check
After discussing back n forth we managed to get s.o. to check our car.
Long story short:
They were unable to fix #3.
Forgot #2.
Ignored #4 -fixed it once we insisted.. and told us now its more thn safe etc - we drove home and it hang down - worse than before.
Chaos. Just chaos.
Wrote a complaint and have not heard of them yet.. was not expecting anythingelse tbh.
