For car service do it only if you don't like your car or if you tried Midas and realized this in comparison can be ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there to exchange oil and oil filter for 39.99€. First, we were supposed to get 15% discount on the filter; however, we were told that that only applies for exchange of all 3 filters. I have asked permission to take the car to the garage myself instead of one of the mechanics. ( Personally, I have seen how other shops treat customers' cars and I didn't want to have unnecessary damage on mine.)
We have waited 2 hours for the oil to be exchanged although we have made a specific appointment for the exchange. At the end, I have been presented with the issue that my front headlight lamp needed to be replaced. I do believe bulbs can go off without any reason due to their age and its usage; however, to break exactly at the time when I took the car to the office - that is a probability of one in a million.
I have had a very bad discussion with those mechanics, when at the end they have replaced the bulb free of charge. I have not seen the mechanic actually unwrap a new bulb, which makes me even more suspicious about the fact, that they have replaced it with a faulty one during my waiting time and just popped back in my original one.
I will not come back to the store again and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Please, do make business with the local garages, Roady or other places, because Norauto is the worst possible place to let anyone touch your car! Cheers!
