Небольшой салон мобильного оператора NOS. Не смотря на то что девушка работающая там не знала английского, она быстро сориентировалась и мы с ней быстро объяснились с помощью Гугл переводчика. Купил тарифный план за 10€. Единственный минус касается не салона связи а самого оператора. У него напрочь отсутствует английский перевод, как на сайте, так и в приложении. Очень сложно навигироваться. Это как по мне не юзер фрэндли. Купил тариф здесь просто потому что до салона MEO, в котором есть коммуникация на английском, было дольше идти.

Só tenho pena que não dê para classificar com ZERO estrelas o atendimento prestado nesta loja pela funcionária que estava de serviço hoje, dia 17 de dezembro de 2021 pelas 14h. Total falta de empatia e de compreensão! É assim que empresas destas perdem clientes como eu, que sou cliente há mais de 10 anos. Felizmente existe concorrência, lamentável que não se lembrem disso! Só se lembram do cliente quando terminam os prazos de fidelização.

Se for para trabalhar com má vontade e ficar no telemóvel, fica em casa. Criou-me um grande problema, fui a outra loja e me fez em 5 minutos e que não precisava desse trabalho todo que me fez ter, além de dizer que não é a primeira vez que recebe reclamação desta loja. Pena que 1 estrela é o mínimo.

Tried to top up my phone there during opening hours (13h on a weekday), and found the store locked from the inside. The employees were hiding in the backroom, which I know as one of them accidentally came into sight and then jumped away trying to hide. I assume my presence as a customer wasn't welcome during their extended lunch time. Had to walk another 45 mins to find a store where people were willing to do their job.

Worst company I had to deal with ever! Be very careful before you do a contract. Everything is easy at the beginning but when you want to stop the service after your contract is finished they make your life impossible. They asked me to send a letter!! Which century do you live in?! I stayed in the phone for more than 2 hours to connect to technical team to be able to register my equipment after more than 2 years of having them, just to be able to cancel. I have never experienced such thing!!
