Nunca tinha reparado bem nesta loja Note, sempre a imaginei só com livros, mas fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com a diversidade de prudutos, originalidade e singularidade de muitos também. O atendimento por senhas ajuda a normalizar o que pode ser por vezes confuso, a panóplia de serviços ao cliente é enorme, fotocópias, encadernação, aconselhamento, simpatia, profissionalismo, disponibilidade, diversidade, são para mim os pontos mais altos desta loja. Parabéns continuem o bom trabalho. Recomendo vivamente esta loja Note.
Fantastic location and unusual service. I had never noticed this Note store well, I always imagined it only with books, but I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of products, originality and uniqueness of many as well. The password service helps to normalize what can sometimes be confusing, the range of customer services is huge, photocopying, binding, advice, friendliness, professionalism, availability, diversity, are for me the highest points of this store. Congratulations, keep up the good work. I highly recommend this Note store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livros escolares esgotados na editora, não informan nada, nem avisam dessa possibilidade na encomenda. Estou ha 1 mês a aguadar os livros escolares. Logo nesta altura, em que nem podem partilhar material. Não é admissível estar tanto tempo à espera e não haver informação disponível. Não volto a encomendar çivros escolares na NOTE
School books sold out at the publisher, do not inform anything, nor do they warn of this possibility when ordering. I have been watering school books for 1 month. Right now, when they can't even share material. It is not permissible to wait so long and there is no information available. I will not order school books on NOTE again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazer a encomenda dos manuais escolares (11 ano )no dia 6 de agosto,telefonar e acompanhar a situação da encomenda e quando começam as aulas não chegam os manuais o ( sistema ) cancelou a encomenda, e dizem que pode demorar 4 semanas a resolver ! Conclusão: são INCOMPETENTES, IRRESPONSAVEIS, de manhã dizem uma coisa á tarde outra e negaram ( por enquanto ) o livro de reclamações, ou seja tambem lhes falta educação

Conclusion: they are INCOMPETENT, IRRESPONSIBLE, in the morning they say one thing in the afternoon another and have denied (for the time being) the complaints book, in other words, they also lack education

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pelas 16:15, dirigi-me à Note para encadernar 5 livros. Fui atendida por uma funcionária que pediu a uma colega para ir encadernar os livros. Resposta” tem que deixar ficar e demora entre 1 a 2 dias. Seria má vontade? Ou não querer fazer nada? Pergunto porque estavam 5 funcionários na loja, sim leram bem! 5 funcionários e 4 clientes para atender a contar comigo! Por várias vezes me dirijo a esta loja e em boa verdade não lembro de ver aquela funcionária! Muito mau atendimento!!
Today at 4:15 pm, I went to Note to bind 5 books. I was assisted by an employee who asked a colleague to go and bind the books. Answer” you have to let it stay and it takes 1 to 2 days. Was it ill will? Or not wanting to do anything? I ask why there were 5 employees in the store, yes they read well! 5 employees and 4 customers to attend to count on me! Several times I go to this store and in truth I don't remember seeing that employee! Very bad service!!

The employees are not equally trained and capable.. some are friendly, supportive and know what they are doing.. and some are just THE WORST.
Today was my lucky day to get one of those..
Not able to register my parcel, wants to educate me on what I should share in terms of information (although the others were not in need of the info.. because they simply know how it works.. ).. not solution-oriented.. low key.
Basically.. I went there.. to not get my parcel dispatched.. and no solution on how to proceed..
