★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignada . Fiz encomenda de livros com entrega ao domicílio. A empresa de entrega liga na hora para entregar, sem hipótese de entregar pois não estou em casa á espera dos livros. Em segundo lugar anular um dos livros que disseram que estava esgotado o que arranjei numa livraria numa semana. Em terceiro disseram que entregaram um caderno de atividades da ao que liguei para reclamar e disseram que iam entregar na próxima entrega. Recebi a segunda entrega e caderno de atividades continua a faltar. Logo para o número 707100017 estou a falar com um operador que diz para aguardar e ás 20:00 desliga a chamada. Volto o ligar e dizem que o serviço é até às 20:00. Inadmissível ???????
I'm outraged. I ordered books with home delivery. The delivery company calls on time to deliver, with no chance of delivering because I'm not at home waiting for the books. Second, cancel one of the books that said I had a bookstore sold out in a week. Thirdly, they said that they delivered a notebook of activities to which I called to complain and said that they would deliver the next delivery. I received the second delivery and activity book still missing. Then to the number 707100017 I am talking to an operator who says to wait and at 20:00 hangs up the call. I call him back and they say the service is until 20:00. Inadmissible ???????
