Por, sorte ou azar, ao fazer a encomenda por telefone, deram o valor por baixo, ao pagar foi uma surpresa.
Mesmo admitindo que o erro foi da operadora de telefone, que está em aprendizagem, nem um pedidos de desculpas ou atenção ao preço fizeram.
Após ter escrito no livro de reclamações e ter dito: "Nem um pedido de desculpas me daram"
A resposta foi:
"Leve-lá o pedidos de desculpas se isso o faz contente"
Inadmissível este tipo de trato.
