★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't understand how everyone that works for this university takes so long to answer emails, from the program managers to professors toTAs. If it took me this long to read mine I would fail every course I took. Once it took more than a month to get a reply and it is unsual to get a response within 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business analytics program in this university is a joke. The professors of business analytics have near zero experience in teaching. Additionally, the courses are unorganized and understaffed which means that the they are not able to answer questions and take several weeks to correct every assignment. Honestly, you learn almost completely on your own, it was unusual to be able to clear any doubt with the professors. In my opinion, it is a waste of money to do these courses, an on-line course in python yields the same results.
