★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no me dieron el dinero que un amigo me envio por moneygram porque mi amigo puso los dos apellidos en vez de uno ... ( como me sale en mi pasaporte) ninguna de las dos personas sabia ingles .... llame a mi amigo para que modificara el nombre y nada mas que sali de la puerta ...el chico cerro sabiendo que iba a volver en 5 minutos ...me dejaron tirado aposta .... muy mala experiencia ....
 they did not give me the money that a friend sent me for moneygram because my friend put the two last names instead of one ... (as it appears in my passport) neither of the two people knew English .... call my friend to I modified the name and nothing else that came out of the door ... the boy closed knowing that he would come back in 5 minutes ... they left me lying down .... very bad experience ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na agência e troquei dólares por Euros. Perdi alguns euros na agência e eles guardaram e me devolveram. Depois de 4 dias retornei e peguei .
I went to the agency and exchanged dollars for Euros. I lost a few euros at the agency and they saved it and returned it to me. After 4 days I returned and got it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boas taxas. O pessoal me atendeu bem. Não espere muita interação dos portugueses. Aliás esse é um mal dos atendentes de câmbio no mundi todo. Consegui preços bem melhores no euro aqui do que no Brasil!!!! Troquei reais aqui com taxa muito vantajoso ( euro comercial)
Good rates. The staff served me well. Do not expect much interaction from the Portuguese. By the way, this is a bad thing for foreign exchange clerks around the world. I got much better prices in the euro here than in Brazil !!!! I traded reais here with very advantageous rate (commercial euro)

The staff did not have a single name plate.
The boy who was there was just eating his nails.
He could not even understand that if only one name is written above a document, then how to fill it in computer.
All in one
Totally an uneducated staff (guy in green sweater) who even dont know how to talk with customers.
And
Please provide name plates and NAIL CUTTER to your staff.
