★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Sr.ª gerente, foi rude e grosseira, praticamente tentou-me coagir para assinar um documento que me foi apresentado, que em nada resolvia a situação para a qual eu tinha sido chamada ao banco. Não foi clara, não foi isenta, não foi imparcial, mas sim, actuou de forma intencional.
A outra funcionaria, adotou uma postura acanhada, comprometida e cabisbaixa.
Após eu ter solicitado o livro de reclamações, la ligaram para o HELPDESK, pareceu-me que do outro lado do telefone, pelo que me apercebi, haveria outro documento e que não seria necessário assinar nada.
