Les conseillers sont pas de tout réactifs ils orientent les clients toujours vers NB direct (ce service est payant et le temps d’attente n’est jamais inférieur à 20m).
Si votre conseiller n’est pas présent personne s’occupe de vous.
J’ai eu un conseiller accueil en ligne malpolis, à toute les questions posé elle a riposté « je ne sais pas je està sais pas ». Ma conseillère clientele est là uniquement pour l’aspect commercial.

The advisers are not at all responsive; they always direct customers to NB direct (this service is chargeable and the waiting time is never less than 20m).
If your advisor is not present, nobody will take care of you.
I had a rude online reception counselor, and to all questions she said "I don't know I don't know". My client advisor is there for the business side only.
It doesn't even deserve a star
