Sra Carla e gerente pessoa muito mal educada. Começou a gritar com clientes por causa situação que ela não gosta.
Queria pedir pessoas que mais cima dela para substituir essa senhora para pessoa mais educada. Porque só por causa dela você perde clientes .

Mrs. Carla and manager very rude person. She started yelling at customers because of a situation she doesn't like.
I wanted to ask people who are more than her to replace this lady for a more educated person. Because just because of it you lose customers.
