Entrei chateado, sai muito feliz com solução antes das 23h. Muito satisfeito, obrigado à equipa por darem o litro até à última.
I had a problem with my glasses late in the afternoon. I went to LouresShopping at 10pm. Margarida, from the LouresShopping store, was the one who helped me, turned the problem into a solution. I went in upset, left very happy with a solution before 11pm. Very satisfied, thanks to the team for giving the liter to the last.

Desta última vez as lentes vieram progressivas às quais não me consegui adaptar, dirigi-me á loja e o meu problema foi solucionado prontamente com a maior simpatia ,por parte da funcionária que me atendeu nesse dia.
Recomendo a loja e continuarei a ser cliente, os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos , excepto uma...
My family and I have been customers of the Loures Shopping store for a few years now.
This last time the lenses came with progressive lenses which I couldn't adapt to, I went to the store and my problem was promptly resolved with the greatest sympathy from the employee who attended me that day.
I recommend the store and will continue to be a customer, the staff are friendly and attentive, except for one...
