★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Novo Banco é horrível! Quando telefonamos para a sucursal, dizem que as linhas estão ocupadas e recomendam-nos utilizar o número do NB direto. Neste número, dizem que nos vão transferir a chamada para a extensão adequada, mas simplesmente enviam-nos novamente para a escolha de opções. Verifiquei que tinha escolhido a opção certa e que eles é que eram incompetentes e nem sequer me sabiam dar o Swift Code da minha conta.
The service at Novo Banco is horrible! When we call the branch, they say the lines are busy and recommend us to use the direct NB number. In this number, they say they will transfer the call to the appropriate extension, but simply send us back to choose options. I verified that I had chosen the right option and that they were the ones who were incompetent and didn't even know how to give me the Swift Code of my account.
