Teve um dia que eu precisei ir ao banco no meu horário de almoço porque meu cartão foi bloqueado indevidamente, então aproveitei o tempinho que tinha para resolver essa questão que eu imaginei ser simples. Nao havia ninguém na agência apenas a moça atendente no caixa, e ela estava apenas contando dinheiro... ao invés ela me atender e me despachar rápido, ela me deixou esperando por 40 min. Só foi me atender quando o gerente chegou na agência. É uma falta de respeito com os clientes. Situação constrangedora.
 Terrible, slow staff, horrible treatment with customers. There was a day when I had to go to the bank during my lunch break because my card was improperly blocked, so I took advantage of the time I had to resolve this issue, which I thought was simple.
