★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço: Não atende telefone, não responde a emails, não fez relatório de contas, não envia recibos, não divulga as actas a todos os inclinos e não move acções judiciais contra inclinos que não pagam.
Convoca reuniões apenas 1 vez por ano e fora dos prazos legais.
Acabei de ficar sem limpeza do prédio porque o Sr Nelson decidiu deixar de tratar do condomínio sem sequer convocar uma reunião de condónimos.
A única coisa da qual não há queixas a reportar são as tarefas de manutenção do edifício (mudanças de interruptores, lampadas, etc).
 Bad service: Does not answer the phone, does not respond to emails, does not report accounts, does not send receipts, does not disclose the minutes to all inclines and does not take legal action against inclinos who do not pay.
It only calls meetings once a year and outside the legal deadlines.
I just didn't clean the building because Mr Nelson decided to stop taking care of the condominium without even calling a meeting of condominiums.
The only thing that there are no complaints to report about are the building maintenance tasks (changing switches, lamps, etc).
