I loved the breathable mattress..we can sleep peacefully because if the baby turns over we know she's safe..she vomited the other night and didn't even have a wet bed..for me, the best choice of mattress..I'll buy the same for the baby. bed of bars...

C'est une vraie arnaque, le matelas commandé n'est jamais arrivé sous prétexte que nous étions absents, alors que c'était le confinement et qu'on n'a pas bougé de la maison. Après enquête, il s'est avéré que le matelas était resté des jours à la poste, alors qu'on avait payé 20€ pour être livré à la maison. A la fin, nous avons demandé un remboursement vu qu'on n'a jamais eu le matelas, ils nous ont prélevé 4% de frais bancaire + ils nous font payer la livraison d'un article jamais arrivé chez nous. Zéro professionnalisme. A fuir!
Too bad I can not give 0 star.
It's a real scam, the ordered mattress never arrived on the pretext that we were absent, while it was confinement and we did not move from the house. Upon investigation, it turned out that the mattress had been in the post for days, even though we had paid € 20 to be delivered to the house. At the end, we asked for a refund since we never got the mattress, they charged us 4% bank charges + they made us pay for the delivery of an item never arrived at our place. Zero professionalism. To flee!
