Devia ter logo desconfiado quando pedi o mesmo pois o dono da companhia estava mais interessado no telemóvel do que em falar connosco. Foi-nos dito que seria montado 1 semana depois.1 semana passou e nada.Depois contacto outra vez o dono e disse-nos que ja estava em armazém para ser montado 2 dias depois.Um mês depois ainda estou a espera.Total desrespeito pelo cliente.Pelos vistos este senhor pensa que é normal que o cliente tenha de andar sempre atrás do fornecedor.Enfim. O que não falta é concorrência
Total disregard for cliente.Encomendei one blind for a window to this day (1 month later) was not put. Should have immediately suspicious when asked the same as the company's owner was more interested in the phone than talk to us. We were told it would be assembled 1 week later. 1 week passed and nothing. Then I contacted the owner again and told us it was already in storage to be assembled 2 days later. A month later I am still waiting. Total disrespect for cliente.Pelos seen this gentleman thinks it is normal that the customer has to walk always behind the fornecedor.Enfim. What is not lacking is competition

Quando é para vender esta tudo muito bem, depois após montagem não há acompanhamento ao cliente. Para além disso a montagem dos estores não ficou completa. Faltaram as borrachas de batente dos estores. Estou até hoje à espera. Mau serviço.
