N'y allez pas, préférez plutôt les parkings gratuits près des parcs plus loin dans la ville, ou les parkings payants qui vous garantissent une meilleure sécurité.
The place is "managed" by gypsies who tell you where to park in exchange for a room in this "free" parking lot. Be careful, I saw them looking in the trunk of the cars. Do not go there, rather prefer the free car parks near parks further in the city, or the paid car parks which guarantee you better safety.
