★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha ouvido falar bem dos bitoques fui experimentar, não gostei nada! A carne até estava boa e tenra mas tinha o molho queimado e só sabia a tal.
Os funcionários não são nada acessíveis, são antipaticos não disseram boa noite, nem nada.
Colocaram as entradas e se não chamassem não vinham às mesas, inclusive com duas salas colocaram as pessoas todas numa sala apenas e em cima umas das outras sendo pedido para ir para outra sala e recusaram. Na sobremesa apareceu lá um brinde ( arame) após ser dito nem desculpa pediram, nem deram outra de troca, nada! No ato do pagamento deram um cartão após muita solicitação e nem valores disseram, apenas responderam pagam no balcão à saída!
Não regresso lá com toda a certeza!
 I had already heard about the bitoques I went to try, I didn't like anything! The meat was good and tender but had the sauce burnt and only knew the one.
The employees are not at all accessible, they are unfriendly and did not say good night or anything.
They placed the entrances and if they didn't call they didn't come to the tables, even with two rooms they put people all in one room and on top of each other being asked to go to another room and refused. For dessert there was a toast (wire) after being said neither apologized nor asked for another exchange, nothing! At the time of payment they gave a card after much request and neither values said, they only answered they pay at the counter on the way out!
I'm not going back there for sure!
