★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this restaurant for lunch on our first day is Lisbon and it was a great introduction to Portuguese cuisine. We were the only non-locals there. Really good charcoal grilled fish, salad, bread, and cheese. Would recommend.

Amazing steaks also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came back to Lisbon after 40 years with friends. Trying to show them the old lisbon. As entrancing as ever. This is an old traditional resuaturant with all the favorites wonderfully cooked. A great owner who attends to all details. Real old fashioned home style cooking. Mainly locals eat here. Very reasonable. A must visit for a local eatery!
