★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stop by here after cycling in Sintra. Friendly service and reasonable prices for typical portugese fare. I usually have the grilled fish so can't comment on other offerings.

Food (4*): Great food, well cooked and looks fine. There is just to much oil in use and that trouble the taste a bit.
Interior(4*): I like the colors inside but the table's are a bit to tide to each other and i don't like to chat with the neighbor on the same height as in a relation ;-)
Language: English is fine but better would be Portuguese because the cards cards in local language.
Entrance (3*): For foreigners its quite difficult to find the restaurant. The entrance is simple and could be overseen easily.
Parking (2*): Search somewhere in the village a space but the restaurant don't have.
Paying (5*): Cash or card, no problem.
Toilets (4*): They are clean but tide.
Result: Try this restaurant. I like the local food as well the friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and really friendly service. We visited on the way back from Biscaia and had amazing lunch!!! No english menu but the gentelman working there had no problem explaining everthing to us.
Delicious and authentic!!!

Portuguese beef with garlic cloves was pleasurable.
Enjoyable food for sure!
