★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to take advantage of customer. We were served a small plate of cheese without ordering, so we understood it was complementary. Once asked for the bill, it was included on our bill.... Almost 4€.
It got taken off the bill after complaining. Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, good price, but terrible customer service. Quite bad experience on our first day in Lisbon. Either the waiter who took the other and the one who brought the food were quite rude and had an annoying attitude, especially towards my mother, who is 65, and asked for a bit of vinager, water and auger due to upset stomach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Not even polite despite trying our best to speak introductory Portuguese with a smile. This is a restaurant smack in the middle of a major tourist zone after all.
Over charged for starters - got charged Euro 4.80 for butter!
Food was very average.
Service soured our experience and memory.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served a cod straight from the deep freeze, the middle was a block of ice. Naturally sent it back, lost my appetite so declined the offer of a replacement. As if being served an uncooked dish is bad enough, the management deliberately tried to charge me for it!!! The waiter was lovely but please safe yourself the bother and avoid eating at this restaurant, all the other dishes served were below par

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average place. Friendly service. The cod dish is very very greasy with fried fish, fried onions and fried potatoes. The thing I didn't like is that they charge for bread and butter, which is okay because it's written on the menu, but they deliberately put two pieces and we didn't know they charge per piece. Seems a bit unfair to try to gouge a paying customer for such a minor thing.
