Peu de produits mais tous de qualité ...pour les gourmets ! Accueil adorable ...la jeune femme présente représente tout ce que l'on cherche quand on rentre dans un endroit...chaleur, professionnalisme , fait goûter les charcuteries françaises , les fromages , souriante , simple comme dans les petits magasins de qualité français .pain et viennoiseries faits maison.
Few products but all of quality ... for gourmets! Customer service far from the expected. In the face of a complain from a customer, regarding a spoiled product, the answer is that the customer probably didn’t keep the product well at home... Even at Aldi you get a better customer service! Gourmet??? Em relação à Sua resposta infra: 1)Se tivesse perdido um pouco de tempo na análise do sucedido teria percebido que não era um consumidor ocasional. Comprava com regularidade o produto em questão. 2)Se o produto tinha uma validade de 22 Abril não faz sentido o Seu comentário... no dia em que o cozinhei, apesar de terem passado alguns dias depois da compra, ainda estava muito aquém da validade. Os produtos que comercializa deverão ser consumidos no máximo 2/3 dias após a compra? 3)O produto foi devolvido semi cozinhado porque só me apercebi do cheiro desagradável depois de o começar a cozinhar! 4)Conforme referi à Sua funcionária, não se tratava de pedir um reembolso, apenas pretendia alertar para a situação. Foi a Sua funcionária que sugeriu reportar à gerência e propor um reembolso. Ela sim, parece ser a única com sentido de atenção ao Cliente... Recomendo uma adequação do Vosso atendimento ao que se espera de um espaço Gourmet, distinto de um bar de praia...

I regularly purchased the product in question. 2) If the product had an expiration date of April 22, Your comment does not make sense ... the day I cooked it, even though it was a few days after purchase, it was still far below expiration date. Should the products you sell be consumed at most 2/3 days after purchase? 3) The product was returned semi-cooked because I only noticed the unpleasant smell after I started cooking it! 4) As I mentioned to Your employee, it was not a matter of asking for a refund, I just wanted to alert you to the situation. It was Your employee who suggested reporting to management and proposing a refund. Yes, she seems to be the only one with a sense of customer service ... La qualité des produits est exceptionnel Fromages charcuteries viennoiseries top Belle sélection de vins Portugais et le plaisir de pouvoir acheter du rosé français . Le seul bémol est d'avoir mis deux étagères au milieu du magasin. D'épicerie de luxe nous passons à une épicerie sympa ?

Great selection of cheeses, wines and meats. Best thing to happen around the golf after covid-19 shut down all restaurants. Treat yourself ;)
