★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite medieval theme restaurant in the Lisboa area. It starts already with a nice ambiente accompanied with bread, azeitonas and fresh herb butter. The mead (hidromel) and the cerveja com gingebre is refreshing and addictive! (Would also go there just for the ginger beer and meat). The fries are nice and crispy + have seen some salt (which is not very common here), the dishes I've tasted so far, were all good, but I would recommend something extraordinary, f.i. the cutlets with plums and butter rice. The deserts are also super delicious and well executed. Price is slightly over average, but since it's not an average taverna, absolutely moderate!
