★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being here several times as Erasmus student i must for sure recommend this pub for its good ambient and also super friendly staff that I loved (ask for the Liquor 43 you won't regret it ?).
Ah, and yeah, the meal it's very succulent even it's prepared in a long time because of two people staff. Bon appetite!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to have a beer, snack, dinner, supper, dinner then 4 beers and then supper. Great music! A lot of blues and stuff. Extraordinary atmosphere. Looking forward to visit Lugar do Capitão once more! See ya José !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places in Viseu to go for a drink later at night, though they also offer some dinner options. It has a very good pub environment and be sure to ask for a "caneca" which is beer served in a very cool mug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy restaurant, with a few nice vegan options, and a very affordable menu.
Recommended: the vegan Francezinha (the "normal" one, with beef and pork, is definitely to avoid!).
Be aware: smoking is allowed in both the rooms!!!
