Entrei e perguntei se era possível retirar os pontos ao meu marido uma vez que ele teve que se deslocar da área de residência onde fez o procedimento anterior. Aguardamos cerca de 30min, quando informei que estou com gestação de risco logo se fosse demorar muito tempo não poderíamos esperar por me encontrar com ele no momento. Foi me informado que não demoraria mais de 30minutos. Esperamos 1h30 sendo os últimos pacientes a serem atendidos. A falta de consideração por uma situação humana foi vergonhosa. Para chegar ao final e ser cobrado por consulta de 30€. Se pensávamos em voltar, está fora de questão! Não recomendo! Vergonhoso! Simply bad! I went in and asked if it was possible to remove the stitches from my husband since he had to move from the area of residence where he did the previous procedure. We waited for about 30 minutes, when I informed him that I am at risk of pregnancy soon if it was going to take too long we couldn't wait to meet him at the moment. I was informed that it would not take more than 30 minutes. We wait 1h30 to be the last patients to be seen. The lack of consideration for a human situation was shameful. To reach the end and be charged per consultation € 30. If we thought about going back, it's out of the question! I do not recommend! Shameful!

Os contactos com a recepção deveriam ser um pouco mais cuidados e polidos. Algumas pessoas acabam por dar à clínica uma imagem pouco cuidada com conversas pessoais ao telemóvel e um discurso pouco profissional com os utentes. O serviço médico é cuidado e muito bom, com preços que considero acessíveis para o ramo. Recomendo. Careful and pleasant space. Even with an appointment, there is usually a waiting time.
