★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O peixinho está encantado mas não o cliente. A loja é interessante porque propõe artigos que diferem daquilo que se vê habitualmente. A decepção aconteceu no ato do pagamento. Pedi simplesmente para embrulhar os 2 artigos que comprei . Obtive um "Não" acrescentado dum "não lhe faço pagar o saco "

A responsável podia me ter dado o papel para eu fazer o embrulho. Tampouco o ofereceu. Tive que o comprar num outro sitio.
Tenho consciência que não é fácil aturar clientes todo o dia mas nunca época em que internet está a ser cada vez mais presente o que fará a diferença é o acolhimento, o sorriso, a atenção e nisso há grande margem para progresso.
 The goldfish is delighted but not the customer. The store is interesting because it offers items that differ from what you usually see. The disappointment happened upon payment. I simply asked to wrap the 2 items I bought. I got a "No" added with a "I won't make you pay the bag"

The person in charge could have given me the paper to wrap. Nor did he offer it. I had to buy it elsewhere.
I am aware that it is not easy to put up with customers all day but never a time when the internet is becoming more and more present.
