★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira vez que estive em Marvão e adorei! Reservámos um pacote com várias actividades e refeições incluídas e o atendimento foi muito bom de todos os funcionários. Mesas sempre reservadas e preparadas ao jantar . Gostei muito do meu quarto e da decoração do hotel. Espero voltar.
 It was the first time I was in Marvão and I loved it! We booked a package with several activities and meals included and the service was very good from all the staff. Tables always reserved and prepared for dinner. I really enjoyed my room and the decor of the hotel. I hope to return.

Funcionários não sabiam responder a nada. Não havia gel d banho nos quartos, encontramos garrafas abertas no minibar, mini bar muito incompleto sem o mínimo para o cliente se satisfazer. Existem muitos aspetos do qual a direção terá que tomar alguma atitude até para uma melhor pontuação e venda. Têm tudo para ser um hotel realmente de 4 estrelas. Muito mau msm
Very good space, but very little professionalism. None of the times I went to the reception was there anybody at the reception.
Officials did not know how to respond to anything. There was no shower gel in the rooms, we found open bottles in the minibar, a very incomplete mini bar with no minimum for the customer to be satisfied. There are many aspects from which the management will have to take action even for a better score and sale. They have everything to be a truly 4-star hotel. Very bad msm

Só faltou empatia do staff. Têm postura muito rígida, não muito simpática.
Good food. Great apple and walnut cake.
All that was lacking was staff empathy. They have a very rigid posture, not very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boutique Hotel with a special attention to old handcrafts. Beautifully assembled so here is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The owners are perfectly friendly and love to give hints and tips for exploring the region and typical traditions. Definitly a unique experience we will revisit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is actually quite beautiful, the restaurant is so well decorated I could eat there everyday happily, lots of vintage cooking equipment etc which I love.
the staff where super friendly and we had a great conversation after the breakfast.
I have only removed a star from the review because the restaurant was closed due to no guests which I completly understand, its a lovely place but they can't run at proper capacity /service if there isnt anyone there, it's a small county town and like many of the rural places they are struggling with the majority of the tourists staying to the costal locations.
they did have the restaurant open for breakfast which was a wonderful continental breakfast.
