El codillo es muy recomendable, el resto de los platos son de cocina típica alentejana.
Precios ajustados.
Picturesque restaurant with dining room spread over several rooms.
El knuckle is highly recommended, the rest of the dishes are typical Alentejo cuisine.

Carpa - havendo.... Sem dúvida um óptimo peixe do rio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante muy familiar, muy buen trato. Hay que ir sin prisas pues suele haber muchos clientes y solo hay dos camareros, padre e hijo. El codillo o pernil en portugués está riquísimo, los garbanzos espectaculares, las peras al vino muy ricas. Lo recomiendo.
Very familiar restaurant, very good treatment. You have to go without haste because there are usually many customers and there are only two waiters, father and son. The codillo or pernil in Portuguese is delicious, the chickpeas are spectacular, the pears are very rich in wine. I recommend it.

Uma maravilha, poder saborear um pernil do Chico ou um bife da vazia do João Miguel com acompanhamento à medida, e outras delícias como a Carpa a moda do TiZé, moelas da Letícia, açorda alentejana do Tonico, feijoada da Tonha, bacalhau a moda do Tate, etc.
Todos os pratos regados com vinhos bem escolhidos ou sangria caseira e finalizados com sobremesas deliciosas (pêra bêbada, tarte gelada, etc).
Parabéns à cozinheira Teresa Poeiras.
