M	Mafalda Moura Bessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei a encomendar comida e disseram que sim mas só as 21:30. Chego lá a essa hora e já não tem o meu pedido nem qualquer outra opção. Fiquei sem jantar. Não recomendo. I called to order food and they said yes but only at 21:30. I get there at that hour and you no longer have my order or any other option. I didn't have dinner. I do not recommend.

De resto, chegamos as 20h30 e só fomos servidos às 22h40. A responsável, não teve o profissionalismo de comparecer para dar alguma justificação. Para não falar que foi pago 53€ de entradas, frias, uma bola seca e nem sequer tinha entradas para esse valor absurdo! O único interesse da responsável, foi apenas a marcação do jantar de resto, não se preocupou com o cliente. Péssima experiência! I had my birthday at the O’Santana restaurant, where the only positive point was the professionalism of the girl who served us. Otherwise, we arrived at 8:30 pm and were only served at 10:40 pm. The person in charge did not have the professionalism to appear to give any justification. Not to mention that €53 was paid for starters, cold cuts, a dry ball and they didn't even have starters for that absurd amount! The only interest of the person in charge was just booking the dinner for the rest, she didn't worry about the customer. Bad experience!
S	S P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieux très bien espacées, plusieurs salles. Ont as très bien manger. Le gros point noir C'est qu'il faisait très froid dans la salle on a dû manger avec nos manteaux. On a pas pu profiter de notre repas ? Places very well spaced, several rooms. Have eaten very well. The big downside is that it was very cold in the room, we had to eat with our coats on. We couldn't enjoy our meal ?

S	Sofia Reis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok... a bit bland, maybe on the average side. Service was painfully slow, but the restaurant was very busy (Friday at lunchtime). Fries are homemade, but some were a bit uncooked, all were soggy. There is a nice patio area inside, and chairs are comfortable. Not sure I will repeat because the food isn't great.
