 Good price for mixed meat accompanied by loose rice and homemade potato 1 mixed makes for 2. Friendly and quick service worthy of a tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não era para comentar nada sobre este restaurante, pois tudo o que tinha a dizer falei com o proprietário, mas devido à intoxicação alimentar que a minha namorada sofreu devido ao bacalhau à casa que supostamente demorou 40 min a confessionar... Não posso deixar de comentar e não deixar passar em branco...prato do dia espetadas de peru enroladas em bacon, Desde a alface podre, carne queimada (melhor completamente seca e esturricada) , bacalhau com 1 litro de azeite, mal demolhado a saber a sal, seco, panado e provavelmente podre... Já nem falo do atendimento das empregadas de mesa, que viram as costas com os clientes a falar e a obrigar o cliente a ir ao balcão terminar o pedido... Não consigo entender...
I was not to comment on this restaurant, because everything I had to say I spoke to the owner, but due to food poisoning that my girlfriend suffered due to the cod at home that supposedly took 40 min to confess ... I can't let to comment and do not let it go blank ... dish of the day turkey skewers wrapped in bacon, from rotten lettuce, burnt meat (better completely dry and sturdy), cod with 1 liter of oil, barely soaked with salt, dry, breaded and probably rotten ... I don't even talk about serving the waitresses, who turn their backs with customers to talk and force the customer to go to the counter to finish the order ... I can't understand ...

The food was good and although Thier English , my Portuguese's is limited the staff made a good effort and helped me order . So no problems with my languages barrier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two plates of Bacalhau à Bras (Prato Peixe) and Caracois (escargot or Portuguese snails). The Bacalhau and Caracois dishes were delicious though a tat salty. Pricewise it more expensive than a similar meal in the centre of Caldas da Rainha, hence the three-star.
