E para não falar dos toppings, o de M&M's tinha uma cor esverdeada e um sabor desagradável. An experience not to be repeated. The banana came black and tasted horrible. Em termos de qualidade/quantidade deixa muito a desejar Fomos a primeira vez e demos o benefício da dúvida pois tinham aberto há pouco tempo, voltámos e demos o benefício pois tinham muitos clientes , voltámos há alguns dias atrás e é um sítio a não voltar . Apesar de simpáticas , não há organização . E os pedidos deixam a desejar . Pedi na caixa se podiam colocar um pouco mais de chocolate no recheio , ao qual me respondem que iam ver o que podiam fazer. Tanto o meu crepe como o do meu namorado não tinha recheio nenhum mesmo na qual fui reclamar e a responsável realmente viu e refez o pedido , mas veio igual . Ou seja não mudou nada , veio praticamente só cobertura . Lamentável, um sítio que podia ter muitos clientes mas com isto assim deixa muito a desejar. Acho que deviam apostar na quantidade tal como o de Lisboa. For those who are used to going to Lisbon, it has nothing to do with this one. In terms of quality/quantity, it leaves a lot to be desired. We went for the first time and we gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had just opened, we went back and we gave them the benefit because they had a lot of customers, we went back a few days ago and it's a place not to go back. Despite being friendly, there is no organization. And the orders leave something to be desired. I asked the box if they could put a little more chocolate in the filling, to which they replied that they would see what they could do. Both my crepe and my boyfriend's didn't have any filling even though I went to complain and the person in charge actually saw it and reordered it, but it came the same. In other words, nothing has changed, practically only coverage came. It's a shame, a place that could have many customers but with that, it leaves a lot to be desired. I think they should bet on quantity like the one in Lisbon.

O tempo entre o pedido e a entrega na mesa ainda leva algum de espera. The order is placed and paid for at the beginning and I can say that the most difficult thing is to choose... crepes, waffles, pancakes, donuts, bowls... but everything delicious!!! The time between ordering and delivery to the table still takes some waiting.

Não achei caro e personalizam os pratos a pedido ex: aniversário de alguém ? a voltar com certeza Very good. Após alguns minutos fez-se sentir um grande mal-estar geral manifestado pelos diversos clientes que já se encontravam no local. As queixas prendiam-se com a enorme lentidão do serviço. Todos os clientes, enfretavam um tempo de espera de 1h após terem realizado o pedido. Uma vez que o serviço é feito na modalidade de pré - pagamento, os clientes cansados e desanimados com o tempo de espera, exigiram o reembolso. O meu tempo de espera foi de 1h10 minutos. Finalmente, após o tempo de espera, chegaram os pedidos. É importante referir que num grupo de 4 pessoas, os pedidos chegaram com alguns minutos de desfazamento. As funcionárias, apesar de alguma simpatia, transpiravam desorganização e desorientação com os pedidos realizados, tendo trocado os mesmos pelas variadas mesas. Relativamente à situação pandémica que enfrentamos, não houve o cuidado de alertar para a importância dos clientes desinfetarem as mãos ao entrarem no estabelecimento (não havia álcool gel) nem para manterem as máscaras devidamente colocadas de forma a assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança emanadas pelo SNS. Após o infindável tempo de espera, chegaram os crepes e as taças de gelado com muito bom aspeto e de sabor delicioso. Apesar de serem muitos bons, não será uma creperia à qual regressarei nos próximos tempos uma vez que me parece existir um grande desfazamento entre qualidade/preço e tempo de espera. Initially, the first impression of the space was pleasant. After a few minutes, there was a great general malaise manifested by the various customers who were already there. The complaints were related to the enormous slowness of the service. All customers faced a waiting time of 1 hour after placing the order. Since the service is done in the pre-payment mode, customers tired and dismayed by the waiting time, demanded a refund. My wait time was 1h10 minutes. Finally, after the waiting time, the orders arrived. It is important to mention that in a group of 4 people, the requests arrived with a few minutes of undoing. The employees, despite some sympathy, exuded disorganization and disorientation with the orders placed, having exchanged them for the various tables. Regarding the pandemic situation we are facing, there was no care to draw attention to the importance of customers disinfecting their hands when entering the establishment (there was no alcohol gel) nor to keep the masks properly placed in order to ensure compliance with the safety standards issued by the SNS. After the endless waiting time, the crepes and ice cream glasses arrived, looking very good and tasting delicious. Although they are very good, it won't be a creperie I'll return to in the near future as there seems to be a big gap between quality/price and waiting time.

The lady at the cashier was very nice and explained everything very well to people that had never been there like my friends. We went here by my recommendation since I’ve been to the Almada one and this one is way closer to us. Despite being in constructions they had a sweet balcony protected from the wind to eat outside and it was super cozy. We asked for pancakes and cups and they were absolutely delicious. The flavor and presentation were the same as the Almada one and the experience was amazing. They take a little long but that’s to be expected when there’s other clients and the orders are very detailed. I have no complaints since in my opinion it actually took less time than the Almada one. I recommend. If you’re not ready to eat something super sweet, be advised. I see many people complaining it’s sweet when that is the purpose. I already wanna go back there again
