Um pouco da história
Com mais de 30 anos ao seu serviço, o Restaurante O Trilho foi fundado em 28 de Fevereiro de 1988 sendo reconhecido como uma referência regional no sector, pautado por um serviço de qualidade superior e com localização privilegiada nas imediações de Sintra.
As especialidades
No Restaurante O Trilho poderá saborear a mais completa variedade de caça, desde o Javali, Veado, Lebre ou Porco de Pata Negra. Temos também uma variedade de grelhados no carvão, destacando-se as nossas famosas Espetadas Mistas de Carne e de Peixe.
Como não podia deixar de ser. destacamos ainda os nossos pratos típicos à moda de oleiros, como o Cabrito assado no Forno e os Maranhos.
O espaço
Temos três salas com capacidade total para 200 pessoas. Excelentes condições para o serviço de todo o tipo de eventos: Grupos, Aniversãrios, Baptizados ou Casamentos. Dispomos ainda de um parque privativo com capacidade total para 30 veículos dentro do recinto do restaurante.

Every time we visit there are one or two large groups, a really good place for celebrations, as well as plenty of smaller tables of locals.

They focus a lot on meat dishes so you can find some fine selection of meats and even some exotic ones like crocodile, kangaroo, etc. The meal was good and the staff is friendly, but if you go during the week the service takes a bit of time. If you are in the area you should try it and it's one of the best around. 4 *'s
