It's a cozy space, Mr. Américo is very friendly, very helpfull and all without exception are good professionals and friendly.

Assisti clientes a fazerem mal os exercícios e ninguém avisou. I honestly did not like it, it was always the owner, the one who was a bricklayer, looking at me and suddenly appeared out of nowhere, creepy. And those small stairs looks like the entrance to an attic. While the staff did not look good, too basic. I've seen customers hurt their workouts and no one has.
v	vera jardim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é falar mal, ou ser do contra,mas desde que baixaram os preços para metade devido à concorrência dos antigos funcionários.Notei uma pior frequência, individuos não muito bem encarados,nem sei de onde apareceram,depois ainda existe a herbalife(clientes) a tentarem impingir aqueles produtos.Qualquer um que diga que é mentira não é sério basta ir e observar. Está à vista de todos. It's not bad-mouthing, or being against, but since prices have been halved due to competition from former employees. A wonderful space with a huge diversity of services. Whether in the gym, beauty care, nutrition consultations or the rest of the offer, everything is detailed and done with quality. Undoubtedly one of the nicest teams I know, able to make each person feel with friends and not 'just another' who enters through the door.

Apesar do espaço não ser dos maiores, é um espaço com uma variedade de máquinas para cada objectivo. O ambiente é super amigável e confortável onde o objectivo não é apenas treinar. Existe amizade, conversa e dedicação do staff para com o cliente. Não é por acaso que alguns vêm de outros espaços para se juntar ao O2 :) O acompanhamento do staff é diário. Diversidade de aulas. Sou e serei cliente! ❤️ I'm a client of this gym and I love it. Mr. Americo is one of the nicest people I know. I am sorry to read in certain critical comments to this gentleman. Although the space is not the largest, it is a space with a variety of machines for each purpose. The atmosphere is super friendly and comfortable where the purpose is not just to train. There is friendship, conversation and dedication from the staff to the client. It is not by chance that some come from other spaces to join the O2 :) Staff monitoring is daily. Diversity of classes.
