★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos. Não só não me resolveram o problema, como se recusaram a voltar quando pedi para verificarem porque o sistema continuava a dar problemas. Nesse momento foram super MAL EDUCADOS, alegando que não eram empregados de limpeza para virem fazer limpeza de filtro (um tal de Sr. Azevedo, de seu nome). Paguei 40€ por este serviço de nada e estou há 2 anos à espera de fatura.
Bad. Not only did they not solve the problem for me, they refused to come back when I asked them to check because the system was still having problems. At that time, they were super MAL EDUCATE, claiming that they weren't cleaning employees to come do filter cleaning (a Mr. Azevedo, named after him). I paid 40€ for this service for nothing and I have been waiting for an invoice for 2 years.
