★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau. Têm a representação e agenciamento de empresas estrangeiras, como no caso a Bulkhaul, e a intenção primordial é defender sempre o agente em detrimento do cliente. Aqui o cliente está sempre em último lugar. Aqui o cliente vale zero. Está gente só objectiva exturquir ao cliente toda e qualquer margem q este possa ter. São uma péssima escolha. Em defesa de consumidor/cliente como eu alerto tds quanto possam pensar em alguma a vez adquirir servicos á ocidenave, para a horrível experiência que irá ter caso contacte com está gente.

Here the customer is always in last place. Here the customer is worth zero. There are only objective people extorting the customer any and all margins that he may have. They are a bad choice.
