It has recently been renewed and now presents a more modern look with comfortable premises, improving on the quality of their employee's services.
p	pam ryder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE this insurance company. They are very unprofessional and it is very difficult to contact them. I live in the UK and had to call them 5 times (and was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time) to get a response from them. Their insurances cover is also not clear and when it comes to claiming, the chances of getting re reimbursed are practically NIL.

Very difficult to deal with. in the end they said I had under insured the property. They valued the house at 250 000 euros when it;s true value is 43000 euros it has proved impossible to get the property revalued. They never replied to my e-mails and you can not speak to anybody in authority. I am cancelling all my policies and closing my accounds with Millennium pcp the bank that sold me the policies and then did nothing to help resolve the issues. I personslly wound not recommend either Ocidental or Millenium

The agent came and said no damage, but they side with claimant of other car, I've tryed to contact them after waiting and been put through to every number they have, I spoke with someone who just put the phone down on me! I'm moving my insurance, you take my money for 5 years I'm a client and customer I don't expect to be treated like garbage!!!!

Zero professionality and all the bad things one may fear about insurance companies: they reject requests systematically and with no clear motivations. I signed the contract (insurance for my small apartment) at Activo Bank, choosing the Premium optiion, costing more than double than what I used to pay with Generali. Just after signing I had doubts about what was effectively insured inside the apartment (objects of value and/or ordinary furnishing) and if I should do an inventory, but they never wanted to clarify this. I nevertheless continued for one year, since I had paid, trusting that I should not hope to have much help form them: I did not even receive any document with the conditions described in detail. The only document I received was the SIMULATION (of the price to pay) made at Activo Bank, with very summary descriptions and not detailed terms. I had a very small problem of water leak down to the apartment in the floor below mine, because the insulation of a flower pot inside my apartment had deteriorated. They rejected my request because they told that it was a question of the condominium, which obviously does not make any sense at all: this is clearly the systematic way they have to reject any request at first instance. I had no time to insist and I paid the repair myself. It was only 50 euro and it was cheaper than the time I would have wasted discussing. Given that the rate that I had paid for one year was 200 euro, it would have been much better for them and their image and credibility if they had been a bit more helpful. Clearly they have not a very smart policy: it backfires. The result is that they lost not one client, but several, thanks to my negative publicity with friends and colleagues.

If you are looking for House insurance you would not regret choosing another company. A pity not having done a minimal research, as many people have problems with this company.
