Muito simpático enviou email com orçamento, mesmo a um sábado, respondi no mesmo dia a aprovar o orçamento e desde então (à duas semanas) estou a espera da fatura para pagar.
Como é obvio já desenrasquei umas estantes noutro sitio.
OfficePlan nunca mais.
 I found an ad on olx on metal shelves and got in touch with the commercial.
Very friendly, he sent an email with a budget, even on a Saturday, I replied on the same day to approve the budget and since then (for two weeks) I have been waiting for the invoice to pay.
Of course, I have already removed some shelves elsewhere.
OfficePlan never again.
