★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les différentes personnes sur places ne sont pas vraiment disponibles ou pas très pressées pour vous aider. Ils vous donne une carte des lieux, pas trop d explications sur ce qu ils y a à découvrir ou à faire sur Lisbonne. Un peu d aide de leurs parts seraient un plus merci
 The various people on the spot are not really available or not in a hurry to help you. They give you a map of places, not too many explanations about what there is to discover or do on Lisbon. A little help from their shares would be a more thankyou

Segun llegamos nos enseño el mapa de la cuidad y empezo a hablar muy rapidamente a la vez que marcaba los sitios mas significtivos en un tono bajo y con pocas ganas de ayudar. Bonita ciudad pero mekor kor imformarse
Very disappointed with the attention of this office. The girl who attended us was very edge and had very little desire to work. Customer service 0. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed in my experience in Lisbon. I appreciate that it is COVID times, but the tourism office should also consider difficulties that a tourist might encounter. We wanted to buy the Lisbon card but the tourist offices were ALL closed on Saturday and Sunday! We kept being redirected from one point to the other and NO ONE gave helpful information. We were so tired and out of breath in the end that we just gave up. The chaos in this country does not encourage you yo visit again :(
