Fui lá pedir orçamentos (revisão, mudança de kit e instalação da câmara traseira) e disseram que eu tinha de deixar ficar lá o carro para analisarem o mesmo para poderem dar o orçamento. Eu deixei tranquilo. Passado dois dias ligam-me a dar os orçamentos e dizem que por causa de uma falha de comunicação entre o homem da recepção e o eletricista que a câmara já tinha sido montada (sem a minha permissão). Eu perguntei quanto teria de pagar pela instalação e eles responderam 150€ sem iva e pediram se poderia ser sem fatura. Eu disse que era um valor ridículo e que não aceitava. A resposta foi esta: "tudo bem, vamos já retirar a câmara e pode vir buscar o carro que não vamos mexer mais nele". O orçamento para mudança do Kit e revisão dava um total 1090€. Nem a marca. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARS HERE. I went there to ask for quotes (revision, kit change and installation of the rear camera) and they said that I had to let the car stay there to analyze it in order to give the budget. I left it alone. After two days, they call me to give the quotes and say that because of a communication failure between the reception man and the electrician that the camera had already been set up (without my permission). I asked how much I would have to pay for the installation and they answered 150 € without VAT and asked if it could be without an invoice. I said it was a ridiculous value and I didn't accept it. The answer was this: "Okay, let's get the camera out and you can come and get the car and we won't touch it anymore". The budget for changing the Kit and revision was € 1090. Nor the brand.

Dou as 5 estrelas pois adorei o atendimento, liguei em procura de peças por não saber que era só reparações, mas quem me atendeu prontificou se logo em explicar onde poderia encontrar o que procurava e ajudar me no que podia. Após tentativas de contacto telefónico a variadas oficinas diferentes fiquei muito surpreendida pela positiva com o atendimento e serviço de qualidade neste estabelecimento. Primeiramente: atenderam-me muito agilmente em dia de ponte de feriado; 2º realizaram diagnóstico dentro de tempo razoável, e após o mesmo fizeram questão de mostrar junto ao automóvel a fonte do problema (o qual explicaram claramente e abertamente) - 5 * estrelas só por esta atitude 3º ofereceram-me duas opções de arranjo e orçamentos correspondentes, na hora mais tempo de espera previstos para cada intervenção Ainda me fizeram nova explicação pós arranjo com video para futura referência. Sinto-me satisfeita e confiante no trabalho prestado, com o acréscimo de toda a amabilidade e profissionalismo demonstrado! The PROFILHOS workshop was recommended to me by another renowned one, and I was looking for one in the neighborhood that had the specialty of electrician. After attempts to contact the different workshops by phone, I was very surprised by the positive response and quality service at this establishment. First of all: they attended me very quickly on a holiday bridge; 2nd performed a diagnosis within a reasonable time, and after that they insisted on showing the source of the problem with the car (which they explained clearly and openly) - 5 * stars just for this attitude 3rd I was offered two options of arrangement and corresponding budgets, in the hour plus waiting time foreseen for each intervention They even made me a new post-arrangement explanation with video for future reference. I feel satisfied and confident in the work provided, with the addition of all the kindness and professionalism shown!
