Desde a receção da parte do Sr. Renato, ao acompanhamento, à informação e do andamento do serviço, até à entrega, só tenho a dizer bem. São impecáveis, sérios, basicamente profissionais no assunto. Poderão ser ligeiramente mais caros que uma oficina comum, mas é um descanso entregar a nossa viatura. Bem equipados e uma equipa com experiência. Não esquecer de fazer antecipadamente a marcação. Efetuei 2 serviços recentemente e só posso dizer que estou extremamente satisfeito e vou voltar muito em breve. Excelente atendimento, onde ouvem o cliente e não despacham o cliente. O que eu mais gostei e que me deixou extremamente contente e confiante, foi o facto de não inventarem desculpas, mas sim resolverem problemas, coisa que é muito raro no mundo da mecânica, alguém que assuma a situação, propondo-se a resolver e resolveram e muito bem. Nunca me negaram nada que eu tenha pedido, quando o poderiam ter feito, pelo que me informam sempre de tudo, não existindo surpresas na hora de pagar nem avarias fantasmas criadas, como em outros lados. Sem sombra de dúvida, a melhor oficina em que entrei, onde nem existe sequer comparação com o amadorismo que se vê por aí e eu falo por experiência própria. Sou um cliente que sempre levou os seus carros às oficinas das marcas e, em particular, com a atual viatura que possuo, as experiências que tive levaram-me a procurar outra solução que fosse ao encontro das minhas expetativas, nomeadamente a nível de atendimento e da qualidade, cuidado e rigor nos serviços prestados, por forma a resultar daqui uma relação de confiança absoluta que a meu ver, pelo menos para mim, é fundamental e que foi algo que perdi nas oficinas da marca.
