Para mim ou tive azar ou não sei, mas não tiveram palavra nenhuma na entrega do sofá, ainda por cima mostram uma cor que não corresponde ao que me entregaram e mesmo assim o cliente e que vê mal etc,depois de ter pago sofá a pronto no dia 8 no qual me dizem que no dia 12 me entregavam que chegava da loja do Porto, mas afinal era da loja de Viana do Castelo, fica assim marcado a entrega para dia 18 uma hora entre 20h e as 20:30 com à Cristiana do qual chega ao dia e para meu espanto era o dia de folga dela mais uma mentira tive que arranjar todas as formas para ir antes das 20h pois a Susana outra vendedora fechava a loja às 20h e que não podia fazer nada pois tem família como toda gente uma vergonha o trato ao cliente serviço péssimo e sem palavra nomeadamente funcionária vendedora Cristiana, arrependido de ter lá ido. If you follow your google maps, it will give you correct direction. They provide hand sanitizer for the customers. Do not for get to wear your mask before entering the store.
