Optamos por alugar bicicletas para percorrer um pouco da ecopista e de tarde fazer percurso de caiaque pelo rio, com paragens nas várias ilhas que se encontram pelo meio. Staff prestável e todos os equipamentos sempre desinfectados. Great. With several activities to enjoy in Cerveira. We opted to rent bicycles to travel a little on the ecopista and in the afternoon go kayaking along the river, with stops on the various islands that are in between. Helpful staff and all equipment always disinfected.

A mi niño de 7 años le maravilló. Sin duda lo recomendamos. Muchas gracias por esta mañana fantástica!! We did the jeep excursion and we LOVED it, it is like doing a hiking route, but if you have to walk lol. It takes you through very, very beautiful places. My 7 year old was amazed. We definitely recommend it. Thank you very much for this fantastic morning !!

Nunca nos había pasado pero te dicen que tienen una actividad en el exterior y que no pueden por la mañana, incluso estando en la puerta del local con ellos dentro. Hemos ido muchas veces y nunca fue necesario reservar con antelacion. No se si habrán reducido personal, pero a parte de la falta de profesionalidad, demuestran poco interés, yo creo que quieren puntuaciones negativas para que les pongan mas personal o algo asi. Nos arruinaron el fin de semana, Buscaré otras alternativas la próxima, vez si vuelvo a este lugar. We went from Spain to Vila Nova this week 26-27, but there was no way of being able to rent a kayak or a bike in the mornings that we had free. It had never happened to us but they tell you that they have an activity outside and that they can't in the morning, even when you're at the door of the premises with them inside. We have been many times and it was never necessary to book in advance. I do not know if they have reduced staff, but apart from the lack of professionalism, they show little interest, I think they want negative scores so that they can put more staff or something like that. They ruined the weekend for us, I'll look for other alternatives next time, if I go back to this place.
L	Luis Rosalino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostamos muito das nossas experiências. -Fizemos o passeio de barco (30€, 2 pessoas). -Fizemos o trajeto de kayak com o sr Agostinho e com o Alex, duas pessoas mt simpáticas (50€, 2 pessoas). -Andamos em bicicletas (20€, 2 bicicletas, 2 horas) eu gostei mas a minha namorada não. O que aconteceu é que ela queria andar mais rapido mas como alugamos bicicletas de cidade as expectativas sairam defraudadas. Queriamos bicicletas de montanha mas esqueçemos nos de dizer. We really enjoyed our experiences. -We took the boat trip (30€, 2 people). -We did the kayak trip with Mr. Agostinho and Alex, two very nice people (50€, 2 people). -We ride bikes (20€, 2 bikes, 2 hours) I liked it but my girlfriend didn't. What happened is that she wanted to go faster but as we rented city bikes, expectations were disappointed. We wanted mountain bikes but we forgot to say.

Uma boa actividade para se fazer em família, a descida do rio é um passeio muito tranquilo e bucólico, e os caiaques são muito fáceis de manobrar, pelo que é óptimo se se está à procura de um passeio de lazer com família e crianças. Ficámos bastante desiludidos quando a paragem que nos tinham avisado no início que seria a meio do caminho para descanso, afinal se tornou o final da viagem, por causa da maré a subir na foz do rio aparentemente por estarmos em período de marés vivas. A questão das marés tinha sido discutida ao telefone aquando da marcação da data e horário e nunca nos foi posta essa possibilidade. O guia deu-nos a possibilidade de continuarmos até ao final, que alguns do grupo queríamos fazer, mas fê-lo de tal forma que nos apercebemos que iríamos ficar sem apoio nem ajuda caso precisássemos. Também deu a entender que seria de uma dificuldade extrema chegar até ao final com a maré a subir, apesar de pela nossa experiência o caminho até lá ter sido extremamente fácil até para crianças. O preço de 25€ pareceu-nos bastante elevado tendo em conta que o passeio ficou por meio caminho e de uma duração de pouco mais de uma hora. Achámos também que a empresa deveria sem dúvida apostar em formação de guias turísticos, tanto na questão de contextualização ecológica e background histórico, como na gestão de clientes. A good activity to do with the family, going down the river is a very peaceful and bucolic walk, and the kayaks are very easy to maneuver, so it's great if you're looking for a leisurely trip with family and children. We were quite disappointed when the stop that they had warned us at the beginning that it would be halfway to rest, finally became the end of the trip, because of the tide rising at the mouth of the river apparently because we are in spring tide period. The issue of tides had been discussed over the phone when setting the date and time and this possibility was never offered to us. The guide gave us the possibility to continue until the end, which some of the group wanted to do, but he did it in such a way that we realized that we would be left without support or help if we needed it. He also hinted that it would be extremely difficult to reach the end with the tide rising, despite our experience the way there was extremely easy even for children. The price of 25€ seemed quite high considering that the tour was half way and lasted just over an hour. We also thought that the company should undoubtedly invest in training tourist guides, both in terms of ecological context and historical background, as well as in customer management.
