★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was Fabulous, Raquel was awesome and made our stay so enjoyable.. She was waiting for us during check-in and spent almost 30mins explain to us about the faulty. Would definitely revisit if I’m able to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at their flat near Ribiera square for 4 days while we were in Porto. We had booked their flat through Air BnB. It was a great experience. The host Patricia was very approachable. The flats look new and very well maintained. The decor of the flat is also very young and well designed. We used their cleaning service on one of the days and the job was well done.
The location is awesome. It is just a 3 minute downhill walk to the Ribeira square. We found several restaurants offering vegan and vegetarian options close by. Sao Bento railway station is a 10 min uphill walk away. Cant get any better with location, unless of course you find something right at the Ribeira Square with a river view.
The place is child friendly. They do have stairs in one of their apartment, but out child was 4 years old so we had no worries. They have a lift in the building for your luggage, which is a huge plus. They have a washing machine which is also great
For Europe, where 4 stars don’t really offer many services, it makes sense to go for rental apartments such as these. You end up getting a larger place for the same or lesser price. Sometimes however, with apartments it can be a hit and miss, but as regards Old Stone flats in Ribiera - I would recommend this place hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Stone Flats was the perfect place for us and our family of four with two small children. The staff was exceptionally professional, the accommodation was clean and in the perfect location. The towels were nice, the bath products were from a local soap maker and were divine. The attention to detail for the kids and all were just above and beyond. We cannot wait for our return visit to Porto and look forward to staying with Old Stone again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
