I bought a new bike and gave the old one the exchange! Without anything pointing shop owner and employee always helpfull the customer! I recommend

Comprei uma bicicleta com envio pelo correio, chegou com o guiador todo torcido muito mal, acondicionada na caixa, a trava da roda da frente sem as molas toda arranhada (estragada) fiz a devoluçao da mesma,
Nao mandei a cobrança (paguei eu a devoluçao) pq o sr disse me que me enviava o valor na caixa no envio para mim.
Ainda hoje estou a espera do valor q paguei da devolução.
No novo envio para mim mandou numa nova caixa um pouco melhor acondicionada mas com todo o lixo q era da outra bicicleta.
De referir q disse ao sr q as mudanças nao estavam afinadas, pois veio na mesma, e roda traseira empenada.
Agora deixo aqui uma pergunta...
Este Sr. é profissional?

I didn't like it, I don't recommend it.
I bought a bicycle with postage, it arrived with the handlebar all twisted very badly, packed in the box, the front wheel lock without the springs all scratched (damaged) I returned it,
I did not send the collection (I paid the return) because you told me that you would send me the amount in the box when sending it to me.
Even today I am waiting for the amount I paid for the return.
In the new shipment for me sent in a new box a little better packed but with all the trash q was from the other bike.
Of note q said to sr q the changes were not in tune, as it came in anyway, and the rear wheel was bent.
Now I leave a question here ...
Is this a professional?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei lá uma bicicleta que trazia a direcção rija. Fui de lisboa de propósito. Posteriormente a direção foi fazendo barulhos, tive de a levar ao mecânico. Os rolamentos da caixa de direção estavam desfeitos. Informei a olibike do sucedido. Nem um pedido de desculpas. Decepção.
I don't recommend it, I bought a bike there with the hard steering. I went from Lisbon on purpose. Afterwards the direction was making noises, I had to take it to the mechanic. The headset bearings were broken. I informed the olibike of what happened. Not an apology. Disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bike shop I've ever been to!! Stay away and don't buy any bike there if you don't want a lot of trouble with malfunctions.
We've bought two bikes there, both with problems. When my bike arrived via shipping the different pieces of the bike didn't even fit together. Now I had to invest extra money to get it fixed at our local bike store because Oli Bike was unable to do so or to reimburse the money I needed to spent. Very unfriendly personnel on the phone when we've told them about the problem. Not even an apology. Very disappointing! Very bad service! Don't recommend at all!!
