Marquei por telefone, e confirmei por email, uma reunião para lhes apresentar o projecto de remodelação do meu apartamento em Lisboa e assim obter uma proposta para executar a obra. Adiei as minhas férias para os receber, no dia e hora combinadas, e qual não é o meu espanto quando 15 minutos antes da dita reunião, me liga uma outra pessoa para me informar de que ninguém ia estar presente e pretendia adiar a reunião para outro dia. Lamentável falta de profissionalismo e desrespeito pelos potenciais clientes. Quando assim é para angariar um novo negócio, nem quero pensar como será com o negócio na mão. Péssimo cartão de visita.
I contacted this company because it was highly recommended to me. I booked by phone, and confirmed by email, a meeting to present the project to remodel my apartment in Lisbon and thus obtain a proposal to carry out the work. I postponed my vacation to receive them, at the agreed day and time, and what is my surprise when 15 minutes before the said meeting, someone else calls me to inform me that no one was going to be present and intended to postpone the meeting to another day. Regrettable lack of professionalism and disrespect for potential customers. When it is like this to raise a new business, I don't even want to think about how it will be with the business in hand. Bad business card.
