Durante o atendimento o recepcionista sai com a seguinte: "é só uma pessoa para o telefone, conte-me coisas". Como se tivéssemos andado na mesma escola... Desmarquei o tratamento. Para sempre. Para este nível de atendimento e amadorismo, o mercado muitas mais opções.
I made a phone call in which they put me on hold for 24 minutes. Yes, that's right 24 minutes !!! During the service, the receptionist leaves with the following: "just one person on the phone, tell me things". As if we had been to the same school ... I cleared the treatment. Forever. For this level of service and amateurism, the market has many more options.
