★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel that is perfect for business trips. Easy access to and from and it has all that you would expect for a airport hotel.
The shower (like most hotels) could do with a mini instruction ...and the air-conditioning as well. The bed was really comfy and my other 4 colleagues agreed on this.
Breakfast was good ...the reception service was better.

Bedroom was clean and modern. The power shower was great.
No noise from flights but guests checking out and checking were noisy.
Great value.

My sister and I got this hotel because it was close to airport. However, she got covid and were unable to stay there. (We're both vaccinate so, I honestly didn't think we'd get covid). We obviously couldn't stay at the hotel. They refuse to give me a refund. They offered me a voucher instead until Dec 2021. I don't live in Portugal and I'm not coming back, I live in Canada. The hotel didn't care, they wouldn't even extend the voucher date.
If they don't care about their customers , especially during a pandemic.
STAY AT THE OPO HOTEL (I've stay there and they have amazing customer service).
I called them by accident thinking it was this garbage hotel and the way they spoke to me was completely different. They were actually trying to help me even though I didn't stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable service! My cousin and I stayed here for a week in mid November, and were so impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of all the staff we encountered. Diogo was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us, as did Barbara. Andreia, Beatriz and Luisa were incredibly attentive and so helpful to us every day. I highly recommend this hotel, based on how well we were treated by the staff. Five star service! The rooms were nice and comfortable, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice welcoming at check-in, but at the end I had the feeling of an anonymous place.
The dinner was ok, and all the staff very nice.
Unfortunately my room was very noisy, and the breakfast, while complete, might be a little bit improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. Good location at walking distance to the airport and few steps away from the metro station. Quiet area. It is newly built, modern and with spacious rooms for families fitted with 55 inches ultra HD smart TVs and very comfortable beds. Breakfast starts at 3:30am. The staff are very friendly and polite, specially Filomena who is a star.
