Mau atendimento, ao perceberem que perderam algo que era muito importante para o cliente na troca de umas lentes e negaram tê-lo feito, culpando o cliente. Muito feio, não tenciono voltar.
Service very fast which is excellent.
Bad service, realizing that they lost something that was very important to the customer in changing a lens and denied having done so, blaming the customer. Very ugly, I don't intend to go back.

Foi a terceira experiência que tive lá e a primeira para mim pessoalmente. Sem dúvida volto no futuro.
It's called the Optician Factory now. Has new management said the technique. She was super friendly and seemed very competent. The price was very good too.
It was the third experience I had there and the first for me personally. I will definitely be back in the future.
